When they installed a new wet room/ bathroom, C F plumbing provided top quality from start to finish, they advised of initial layout and planning, just like a design service.  Installed and upto the moment wet room that meant no more leaks to the hall below, and enviable bathroom suite including walk in shower. Nothing was too much trouble and the overall finish was superb. They even stuck to their time schedule! We would definitely recommend C F Plumbing & Heating if you are looking for quality workmanship. 

Colin and the team are extremely hard working, they were incredibly patient and good humoured with unexpected problems with the house and always found a solution. They are reasonable with prices and good value and we can happily say that since they have done 5 bathrooms for us and an entirely new heating system most importantly they listen. It's really reassuring to have plumbing and heating engineers that we trust.

We just wanted to thank you for the great job you did for us in, when you took on our job to make the adjoining second floor toilet and bathroom into a modern and attractive combined bathroom with walk in shower.  When you arrived to give us a quotation, it was clear that you were extremely experienced and you gave us confidence that you would do the job with care. You took all the measurements, listened to what we wanted while also giving useful advice, and then gave a detailed quotation and expectation of start dates. You also gave us a 2 week estimate from start to finish, which seemed rather optimistic at the time, bearing in mind that so much had to be done: removing previous plumbing, radiators and units, reconnecting to the plumbing and heating systems, not to mention a new false ceiling, fan extraction, downlighters on dimmers plus fully controllable under floor heating. And of course removing a door and making good.
It was indeed a major job, and when the old Victorian lath and plaster wall plus the adjoining walls had to be removed, your estimate that it would take about 45 bags of rubble to be removed turned out to be well over 100. You still did a very careful job in quickly getting the waste removed so that it did not affect the front lawn, and also took great care to tape up and cover all doors and the routes up all stairs and landing so that the dust was minimised. The team were brilliant and a pleasure to have around. Always starting promptly in the morning, clearing up for us every evening, and ensuring we had all the access we needed while the job was progressing. They were always checking with us for any decisions that were required, so that we avoided any problems with 'we wished they'd put this there....' Even the music was fine, and it only cost us a few cups of tea. The team didn't even complain too much when we said that we had chosen small
custom tiles, and so he had 960 to fit around the shower and towel rail! Every afternoon they ensured the next day was planned and all materials procured, so that no time was wasted.

So we were delighted that the job was finished completely with about half of an afternoon to spare so they could miss the Friday rush hour.
It's a great bathroom which we enjoy every day, and such a nice room to have in the house.

Colin and the team have just finished installing a second bathroom for us. We couldn't be more pleased with the end result! The room was originally a bedroom which meant they had to start the plumbing from scratch, which included having to be creative and take into consideration the underfloor heating already there. This meant having to build a platform on which to stand the bath, the end result was a stylish design feature. The team coped well with issues such as the wrong shower tray being delivered and trying to source another at short notice so as not to delay the job. They also thought about lots of detail when asking us to make decisions about many things that we had not even considered, they were happy to make suggestions in order to steer us in the right direction, meaning the end result is an elegant and bespoke bathroom. All in all they were a lovely, friendly and professional team and it was a pleasure to have them working in our house for 2 weeks. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!!
